The Suicide Sprint Challenge™
Join The Race to End Suicide.
In the summer of 2025, UFC fighter Blake Bilder and his team launched the Suicide Sprint Challenge, a bold movement to bring the fight against veteran suicide into the spotlight.
Created in honor of Blake’s younger brother, who died by suicide three years ago, the campaign inspires people everywhere to sprint their hearts out, post their runs online, and share the message of hope. The Challenge quickly began spreading across social media, raising critical awareness for veteran suicide prevention and rallying people worldwide to take action.
Every step, every sprint, and every post fuels the mission to drive support for life-saving programs, mental health resources, and community outreach for those who have served.
How to Take the Suicide Sprint Challenge™
1. Sprint: Run with a friend or solo—what matters is taking action.
2. Share: Post your sprint video and explain why suicide prevention matters to you.
3. Donate: Support veteran suicide prevention by giving to the nonprofit of your choice.
4.Tag & Challenge: Use #SuicideSprintChallenge and nominate 3 people.
5. Check In: Reach out to those who may be suffering in silence. Remind them they matter.
Together, we will save lives.
